Rounded Rectangle: Blue Card Application form

We have over 70 Branches throughout Queensland, and are always looking for people who share our passion and are willing to volunteer some time. 

If you are interested in helping the QBLAI continue it’s work throughout Queensland, please contact State Office on the link below, or alternatively contact your local Branch.   You will be required to fill out a Volunteer Application Form and show proof of identity.  You must also be the holder of a current Blue Card for working with children.  This card is issued by the Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian (CCYPCG).  If you currently hold a Blue Card, you will need to complete the Authorisation to confirm a valid Blue Card form.  If you do not have a Blue Card, you need to fill in an Application form.  Further information about Blue Cards can be found on the CCYPCG website.   Please see the links below.
