We are a registered charity operating as a not-for-profit organisation and have remained steadfast in our mission to support young individuals through drug and alcohol-free programs and activities since our establishment in 1984. Within our community, we hold a vital role by offering guidance and mentorship, with both police officers and civilian volunteers serving as exemplary role models. Our track record, spanning nearly four decades, demonstrates our effectiveness in implementing evidence-based youth development programs. We extend our support to youth in Queensland under the age of 18, providing them with safe and appropriate early intervention programs and activities conducted in an environment completely free from alcohol, drugs, and violence.
Our primary goal is to intervene early in the lives of young individuals, with the aim of diverting them away from engaging in criminal and anti-social behaviours. Our collaborative approach, involving partnerships with the Queensland Police, the local community, and the youth themselves, plays a pivotal role in delivering impactful programs that yield positive results. This interaction fosters a sustainable and positive impact within our community. By serving as role models and offering guidance, our organization plays a crucial role in helping young people realise their full potential and make informed decisions that pave the way for a brighter future.
We acknowledge the significance of reaching out to young individuals categorized as 'at risk.' These youths often hail from troubled homes, face economic hardships, or have had prior encounters with law enforcement or youth services. Our programs are tailored to make a meaningful difference in their lives, empowering them to make responsible choices regarding their future.

On behalf of Windorah State School I would like to thank you for supporting our Sports Camp. I had a great time this year. We had a neat Disco on Wednesday night and kids as young as 4 were busting some moves on the dance floor.
